The safety and well-being of our member community and our team remains our first priority, and current guidance means we have had to make some changes to our spaces and services, as well as introduce new distancing and hygiene measures to ensure the safety of our community. How can I book a session?

How will you allocate sessions?
Sessions will be allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Who can attend a session?
At the current time, sessions are limited to our member families only, we regret that we are unable to accommodate guests from other households.
Each family may book for up to 6 people in your family group, though we will be reviewing this policy daily in line with government advice.
What if I need to change or cancel my session?
If you are no longer able to attend a session, we ask you to provide at least 24hrs’ notice wherever possible so that we can offer your slot to another member. With appropriate notice, we will try to accommodate changes to pre-booked sessions however ask for your understanding as we try to ensure fair access for all members.
Please note that a no-show fee of £5 per person will be imposed on those who do not cancel their bookings and don’t show up to the sessions.
Can I attend at any point during my session?
We understand that it can be challenging to arrive dead on time with little ones in tow, but would ask that you arrive within the first 15 minutes of your session as we will be unable to extend the allocated time for any late arrivals, even where food has been ordered.
How are you making it safe for families to attend Rooftop sessions?
Increased sanitisation and cleaning
– attendees will be required to sanitise hands upon entry and regular hand-washing will be encouraged throughout the day
– increased cleaning shifts, including between sessions
– sanitisation stations
– removal of hard to clean toys and furnishings
We will also be monitoring both children’s and team temperatures.
Will we be able to book classes?
A limited timetable of two daily classes (11.15am and 3pm) Friday to Sunday is on offer until our full re-opening.
Classes may be booked using credits or £10 per class.
Do I have to book the roof session if I have a class booking?
Spaces at our rooftop sessions are limited so we advise pre-booking to guarantee your table at the time of booking your class.
Will we be able to use the play area?
In line with government guidance, all of the club’s inside spaces remain closed until 17th May at the earliest.
How do I order and pay for food?
We are operating a contactless ordering system where members scan a QR code to access a menu and order form. Please ensure you bring a fully-charged smart phone or tablet. Payments are by contactless credit card only, no cash will be accepted and we regret that under the new system we are no longer to charge orders to your membership account.
Please note that there is a minimum spend of £10 per adult on food and beverage.
Will I be able to bring my buggy?
Owing to distancing measures in place which affect the flow through the club, we are currently offering a limited buggy park facility to our members. Where possible, we advise you to come to the club without your buggy. Our Reception team will advise how to safely store your buggy should you be unable to come without it. We are regularly monitoring guidance and will alert you when procedures change.
