How can I book a session?
Please email or call your Reception team who will be happy to advise on availability for your preferred date and time, and get you booked in!
How are sessions allocated?
Sessions will be allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Who can attend a session?
At the current time, sessions are limited to our member families only, we regret that we are unable to accommodate guests from other households.
Each family may book for up to 6 people in your family group, though we will be reviewing this policy daily in line with government advice.
What if I need to change or cancel my session?
If you are no longer able to attend a session, we ask you to provide at least 24hrs’ notice wherever possible so that we can offer your slot to another member. With appropriate notice, we will try to accommodate changes to pre-booked sessions however ask for your understanding as we try to ensure fair access for all members.
Can I attend at any point during my session?
We understand that it can be challenging to arrive dead on time with little ones in tow, but would ask that you arrive within the first 15 minutes of your session as we will be unable to extend the allocated time for any late arrivals, even where food has been ordered.
How are you making it safe for members to attend the club spaces?
We’ve put lots of thought into ensuring that our clubs continue to feel safe and comfortable for you and your family to enjoy. Click to learn more about all the measures we are maintaining as restrictions are lifted, including:
– Temperature checks on arrival for all members, guests and staff
– Everyone is still required to sanitise hands on arrival and encouraged to do so regularly throughout their stay
– Frequent cleaning and sanitisation throughout our spaces, including between sessions
– Mandatory mask-wearing for grown-ups in our indoor spaces
– Removal of hard-to-clean toys and soft furnishings.
Will we be able to book classes?
We are offering a full timetable of fantastic classes for all to enjoy. Please see our timetable for each Club above. Members may book at their Club Reception, by phone or email. Classes may be booked using class credits, or for £10 per class.
Do I have to book a club session if I have a class?
If you book a class, we’ll automatically book your family in to the corresponding club session. Please just let us know how many people will be attending the club as part of your family’s booking.
How do I order and pay for food?
We are operating a contactless ordering system where members scan a QR code to access a menu and order form. Please ensure you bring a fully-charged smart phone or tablet. Payments are by contactless credit card only, no cash will be accepted and we regret that under the new system we are no longer able to charge orders to your membership account.
Will I be able to bring my buggy?
Owing to distancing measures in place which affect the flow through the club, we are currently offering a limited buggy park facility to our members. Where possible, we advise you to come to the club without your buggy. Our Reception team will advise how to safely store your buggy should you be unable to come without it. We are regularly monitoring guidance and will alert you when procedures change.
