When will the club be re-opening?
You may have seen that our nurseries re-opened as of 1st June as permitted by the Government guidance on schools re-opening. Our clubs fall within the hospitality sector and as such are governed by separate arrangements. The Government has announced that some parts of the hospitality sector will be able to re-open from 4th July, however as yet they haven’t provided any guidance as to the phasing and requirements for hospitality businesses to safely re-open. We are unable to give an exact date that our clubs will re-open as this will be based on the relevant Government guidance. However, at the moment we anticipate a phased re-opening through the month of August – but this may change. We will of course keep you updated as we receive more information.
What measures will there be in place to ensure we are safe once you re-open?
You can find details of the measures we have put in place to keep our nursery families safe on our website. While the exact measures required when we re-open our clubs will be based on the latest Government guidance, many of the hygiene measures already in place for the nursery such as increased cleaning shifts, wellness checks for staff and the requirement of everybody entering the building to sanitise their hands will of course continue to be in place once the clubs open.

When will membership fees re-commence?
As per our email communication of 19th March 2020, all club fees were frozen with effect from 21st March 2020 (the day after our clubs temporarily closed), and no frozen fees are being charged while our clubs remain closed. Until we have more information from the Government about when we can safely open our clubs, we are unable to give an exact date as to when membership fees will re-commence.
For members who have paid their annual fees up front, the length of time that the club has been closed for will be added on to the end of your current membership year.
If you gave notice before the membership freeze, your notice period is currently frozen and the remaining days of notice period will re-commence from our re-opening date.
