Membership COVID-19 FAQs
When will the club be re-opening?
You may have seen that our nurseries re-opened as of 1st June as permitted by the Government guidance on schools re-opening. We are currently working to a phased re-opening of our clubs from 20th August.
We have been closely following guidance for both hospitality spaces and indoor play areas and are thrilled that the government have now confirmed that it is safe to fully re-open, including offering a limited timetable of our signature classes. As part of our infection control measures, masks will be mandatory for all grown-ups, except when dining. Things might look a little different but a wealth of surprises await! We will of course keep you updated as we receive more information.
What measures will there be in place to ensure we are safe once you re-open?
While the exact measures required when we re-open our clubs will be based on the latest Government guidance, many of the hygiene measures already in place for the nursery such as increased cleaning shifts, wellness checks for staff and the requirement of everybody entering the building to sanitise their hands will of course continue to be in place once the clubs open.

When will membership fees re-commence?
As per our email communication of 19th March 2020, all club fees were frozen with effect from 21st March 2020 (the day after our clubs temporarily closed), and no frozen fees are being charged while our clubs remain closed.
Accounts are set to unfreeze and membership fees to resume from 1st September 2020, subject to our clubhouses being able to reopen as currently planned.
For members who have paid their annual fees up front, the length of time that the club has been closed for will be added on to the end of your current membership year.
If you gave notice before the membership freeze, your notice period is currently frozen and the remaining days of notice period will re-commence from our re-opening date.
