We understand that some of our members and nursery parents may have concerns about the recent news of the outbreak of the Novel coronavirus (2019-nCov). As stated on www.gov.uk, there are now 9 confirmed cases in the UK, and the overall risk of coronavirus to the UK remains moderate. The government is closely monitoring the spread of the coronavirus and is taking action at home and abroad. If you have recently returned home from Wuhan or Hubei Province, or elsewhere in China, Thailand, Japan, Republic of Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia or Macau if you have symptoms, you should remain at home for 14 days after arrival and avoid contact with others – this would include keeping any children who begin to feel unwell at home. Here at Maggie & Rose, we follow stringent hygienic regulations and we advise our members and nursery parents to do the same. We do ask that if you plan to visit one of the affected areas or have recently returned from a trip that you please let us at your club or nursery know. If you do have any concerns, please visit www.gov.uk for the latest guidance.
