Classes operating policy & procedures during COVID-19
The safety and well-being of our member community and our team remains our first priority. We’ve fully risk-assessed our classes and our studios and the measures you see in place reflect the most recent government guidance, which we continue to monitor and follow closely. Our classes are exempt from the ‘Rule of 6’ as per the latest government guidance issued on 22nd September 2020 (as ‘supervised activities provided for children.’)
Booking and capacities
Classes must be booked in advance. To support track and trace, attendance at each class is recorded (along with entrance to the club)
Members may only book classes in 4-week blocks, rather than individual classes – this is so we can maintain a consistent ‘bubble’ for each class

Class capacity is limited to 6 little ones and their accompanying grown-ups

Attending class
Class studios will be sanitised before and between each class, with all surfaces and materials cleaned and sanitised
All teachers will wear visors at all times

All grown-ups attending class must wear masks at all times

All attendees are required to wash or sanitise hands at the start of the class

Adults must maintain at least 1m distance and 2m where possible between each other during the class

Children will be guided to distance appropriately (e.g. cushions spaced out in a circle, chairs spaced out at tables)

No materials will be ‘shared’ during class. Each child will be given their own materials (for example instruments, paintbrushes etc) and these should be handed back to the teacher directly to sanitise after use

Wipes and sanitiser are available in our studios to allow grown-ups to sanitise hands, surfaces and materials regularly or before and after use

Our classes will as far as possible be non-contact (e.g. no high-fives or hugs from our teachers)
