Whether your little one is a budding astronaut, artist, or fairy-tale princess, our children’s party themes cater for all ages and interests. We’re also well-versed in ensuring grown-ups have the best of times. From venue, invites, decorations and entertainment, to party bags, food and drink and that all-important cake, we take care of everything, so you can enjoy every moment.

When do parties run?

Parties run on Saturdays and Sundays across all three of our London clubs. Please enquire for details and availability.

What's included in a party?

– personalised e-vites, bunting and thank you notes
– room hire, decorations and a dedicated party host
– tasty food for up to 15 little ones, delivered by our friendly team
– fantastic entertainers with creative games and activities
– a gift for the birthday boy or girl
and the best bit – we do all of the tidying up afterwards!

How much do parties cost?

All parties cover up to 15 children, including food and drink. We have a variety of different themes to suit all ages.

Suitable for little ones turning 1 or 2 years old:

£625 members / £750 non-members

Suitable for little ones turning 3 to 4 years old:

Bookings made less than 14 days prior to the event are subject to full pre-payment. Bookings made more than one month prior to the event are subject to a 25% non-refundable deposit,  subject to the room not being sold, and the balancing payment will be due 14 days prior to the event,

How do I book a party?

To book a party at one of our clubs, please complete our party enquiry form and a member of our team will be in touch to confirm availability.

What if I need to cancel?

In the event that you need to cancel, subject to the room not being sold, booking fees are payable as per our standard terms and conditions:

  • If you give more than 6 weeks notice from the Event date, subject to availability we will endeavour to move your party to an alternative date within 4 weeks of the original date or we will refund 100% of the Deposit.
  • If you give between 6 weeks and 14 days notice from the Event date, subject to availability we will endeavour to move your party to an alternative date within 4 weeks of the original date or we will retain 100% of the Deposit
  • If you give less than 14 days notice from the Event date, we will retain 100% of the Deposit and 50% of the Balance invoice is payable by the Client.

If cancellation is as a result of a confirmed case of Covid-19 or need to self-isolate, upon provision of a medical note, we will offer you a credit to re-book your party within 3 months of the original date.

What if Maggie & Rose need to cancel?

In the event that government guidance forces us to temporarily suspend all events or close our clubs, we will offer you a credit to re-book your party within 3 months of the original date.

Can we bring our own supplies or entertainers?

You are welcome to bring your own birthday cake, or we can arrange one for you!
Our nut-free kitchen provides a range of snacks and party food for little ones and grown-ups. No food may be bought in to the party unless by prior agreement in writing. Our bar is fully-stocked but should you wish to bring drinks, a corkage fee will be applied to your booking.
No external entertainer or contractor may be hired in without the club’s prior permission in writing,
