Our clubs are now open Monday to Sunday for pre-booked sessions.
The safety and well-being of our member community and our team remains our first priority, and current guidance means we have had to make some changes to our spaces and services, as well as introduce new distancing and hygiene measures to ensure the safety of our community. We’ve put much thought into ensuring that our clubs continue to be a safe space for you and your family to enjoy. Click to learn more about the measures we have put in place.

How can I book a session?
Please email or call your Reception team who will be happy to advise on availability for your preferred date and time, and get you booked in!
How will you allocate sessions?
Sessions will be allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis. To ensure as many of our members as possible are able to enjoy access to the Club, we ask that you only make two bookings per week but notify us if you would like to be added to the waitlist for a further visit, subject to availability.
How many sessions can I book?
In this initial period where capacity is limited, each member family will be allowed to book 2 spaces per week, in line with their membership type:
– off-peak members may book two sessions Monday to Friday
– all other members may book one session at the weekend and one Monday to Friday
Who can attend a session?
At the current time, sessions are limited to our member families only, we regret that we are unable to accommodate guests from other households.
Only two grown-ups per family may attend, though we will be reviewing this policy daily in line with government advice.
What if I need to change or cancel my session?
If you are no longer able to attend a session, we ask you to provide at least 24hrs’ notice wherever possible so that we can offer your slot to another member. With appropriate notice, we will try to accommodate changes to pre-booked sessions however ask for your understanding as we try to ensure fair access for all members.
Can I attend at any point during my session?
We understand that it can be challenging to arrive dead on time with little ones in tow, but would ask that you arrive within the first 15 minutes of your session as we will be unable to extend the allocated time for any late arrivals, even where food has been ordered.
Will we be able to use the play area?
In line with government guidance our play areas are permitted to reopen from 15.08.20. To reduce the risk of infection, our ball pits have been emptied. We also have a wealth of safe activities planned for each session and some of the larger, easier to clean toys will be on hand within the club.
When will you resume class bookings?
Our teachers have been working hard to ensure we can safely bring classes back when the club reopens and we are delighted to announce a limited timetable of our popular Mini Musicians and Messy Masters Art classes will be on offer from 20th August.
To reduce the risk of transmission, classes will be organised into consistent ‘bubbles’ of six little ones and their grown-ups. As such, for the foreseeable, classes may only be booked in a block of 4 regular weekly sessions, rather than individually.
Please note that classes are subject to cancellation in the event of low demand – we will provide as much notice as possible, and our teachers will still be on hand in the club with a host of activities to keep little ones engaged and learning in a safe environment.
We will also be running our virtual classes on screen in our Snug areas and our teacher team will be on hand at each session with a wealth of activities to keep little ones engaged and inspired.
How do I order and pay for food?
We are operating a contactless ordering system where members scan a QR code to access a menu and order form. Please ensure you bring a fully-charged smart phone or tablet. Payments are by contactless credit card only, no cash will be accepted and we regret that under the new system we are no longer to charge orders to your membership account.
Will I be able to bring my buggy?
Owing to distancing measures in place which affect the flow through the club, we are currently offering a limited buggy park facility to our members. Where possible, we advise you to come to the club without your buggy. Our Reception team will advise how to safely store your buggy should you be unable to come without it. We are regularly monitoring guidance and will alert you when procedures change.
